My father taught me how to taste liquor last night.

Actually,I usually drink umeshu, cocktail and wine.

At first,I regarded the worst one as the best just because it tasted not that strong.

(I have to confess that I am really an amateur.)

However,I changed my mind after dinner.

KAVALAN Single Malt Whisky is really the best.

噶瑪蘭經典獨奏 威士忌原酒(雪莉桶)

KAVALAN Single Malt Whisky(Sherry Cask)

It is the strongest one of all when you take first sip.

Maybe the reason is it has the highest alcoholic content.(56.3% vol) 

However, its after taste is smooth and aromatic(though it is made with wheat).

It warmed up every parts of my body. 

Fine and Harmonious

拿破崙 VSOP 干邑白蘭地

Jarnac France Courvoisier VSOP Cognac

It is not as strong as the others.(40% vol)

In my opinion,it tastes like some kind of ointments.

蘇格蘭格蘭傑勒桑塔單一純麥威士忌

Glenmorangle Lasanta Single Malt Scotch Whisky

I could only sip a little bit at one time.

The path which it flowed through was on fire.

If I retained it in my throat,it would burn it up.

I looked up some comments about this whisky

but I totally did not taste the flavors of coffe,raisin and walnut.

As an amateur,whisky tasted just like whisky.

Ear Piercing ─ "Not mentally prepared yet" Moment

I got my ears pierced on Valentine's day with Ann and Mrs. Lee at 破銅爛鐵.

The service lady rubbed my ears with alcohol so hard

that it may be the most painful step of ear piercing.

To tell the truth,the real ear piercing moment just felt like stapling the staples to my ears.

Yes, just as fast as you staples papers  together with a stapler. 

Not so hurt but I felt my ears being swollen.

Almost all of my earrings are clip-on earrings,ready to collect more piercing earrings !

My silver, bulbed earrings kept reminding me of that I got my ears pierced today.

Really unbelievable!
